You could easily view items, place orders, check your wish list, update all your personal information. Mention your address, mobile number, email id while placing your order. You could also change your password depending on your wish. We will send you an auto-generated mail where you would be asked to change your password securely. How Would I Know If My Order Has Been Confirmed or Not?

The moment you place your order and enter your mobile number and address and complete payment, you would receive a mail from our executives stating that your order has been placed successfully. This email would provide you with an order ID with the help of which you could track your order. Again, if you opt for cash on delivery you would also receive an email with an order ID and the amount you have to pay during delivery. 

Can I Place Order for Things which are ‘Out of Stock’?

It is impossible to place an order for things which are out of stock. In fact, the bar ‘place an order’ for ‘out of stock’ products would not work when you try to click on it. If you need that product badly, then you could send us an email and the moment the product is available we would send you an email so that you can order it online.  

Is it Mandatory to have an account at YEBOIndia?

Though it is not compulsory to have an account on YEBOIndia yet we recommend that you have one. When you have an account on YEBOIndia it becomes easier for you to place order and track your order. This tracking of order is not available when you do not have an account. By using your email id shopping becomes much easier for you. Therefore, having an account on YEBOIndia is much simpler and easier.

How to Complete Payment While Placing an Order?

We at YEBOIndia provide you with many secure payment gateways. You can opt for net banking, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery etc. we assure you that your customer card details would remain confidential and no unknown party or organization would have access to your private information including your card details. What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on delivery is one of the most secure and best options to buy things online if you are not comfortable with online payment methods. According to COD terms and conditions, customers have to pay the requisite amount once the product has been delivered. Please keep in mind that the delivery guy would only hand you the order or the parcel once you have paid the amount mentioned while you were ordering online. How do I Pay with the Help of Credit or Debit Card and is it Safe?

Can We Check the Current Status of Our Orders?

Customers can check whether their order has been delivered or pending with the help of their YEBOIndia account. You can review your order summary by simply clicking on the ‘Login’ at the top of the page. You would be taken to your account where you can check your order information on the ‘My Orders’. Once an order is shipped out, our executives would send you an email regarding your order detail and order ID. You can track your order with the help of your account. You can check the mail to see whether you have received shipping details or not.  

Can we cancel our Order?

Buyers can cancel their order any time they want if the product does not match or live up to your expectations. All you have to do is click on the ‘Cancel’ button and cancel your order without any hassle. Sometimes a page may appear asking for your cancellation reason, you may or may not reply to that. How Are Orders Packed?

In order to avoid damage and defect, the product is wrapped in bubble wraps with care. They are wrapped in the company’s warehouses or at our sellers’ warehouses. We make sure that your package is waterproof with plastic wrapping. 

What Are The Delivery Charges for Various Orders?

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

The estimated delivery time after you have placed the order is 7 working days for delivery within India. If you have placed an order outside India then it would most probably take 16-18 working days. 

How Is Delivery Done?

Delivery is usually done by the delivery guy of the service company like Blue Dart or FedEx or any other packaging company. We use trusted and reputed courier companies. If no courier service is available near your mentioned address, then our executives would contact you. They would try to help you decide upon an alternative delivery location from where you can easily pick up your parcel. 

What To Do if a Buyer Wants to Return/ Exchange or Receives a Defect Item?

If a buyer receives a defected item, then they can surely ask for an exchange. You have to take the picture of the defected item and send it to the email id mentioned. Then you have to wrap the item the way you had received it. In this way, it would remain secure. Buyers do not have to pay any extra money if the defect is due to the seller’s fault. You would receive a fresh new product instead of the defective one. The same thing goes for the exchange policy. In case you want to return an item, you have to pay the shipping charges. Once a confirmation is received from the seller, we would immediately transfer the money to your bank account as mentioned by you.
